Trust grows from local knowledge and clear relationships.
Connection, not anonymous transit
Optional exchange with local senior communities could create connection and shared stories. Participation requires explicit consent from everyone involved.
A bounded network role
Possible contributions include information, contacts, a suitable meeting place or a named coordinator. Scope, workload, remuneration and responsibility would be agreed in writing beforehand.
02 · Santiago pilot
Ten travellers, ten days, a manageable start.
Proposed frame
The October concept pilot envisages ten travellers from southern Germany, one qualified travel companion and two nursing professionals. Local organisations do not replace that support.
